How Booking Works
All services are DROP-OFF ONLY. No exceptions. You drop your vehicle off and pick it up when the work is complete. I do not offer wait-while-you-wait service.
Drop-off Location: 302 Edwards Street, Smyrna, TN (Almaville Road area). Exact drop-off instructions will be confirmed when your booking is approved.
Regular Services are first-come, first-reserved. Once a day is booked, it is held for that client. I normally schedule only one client per day so I can give full attention to each vehicle.
Exceptions: Some jobs may take more than one day (for example, extended ozone treatments or vehicles that need extra curing/drying time). In those cases I will coordinate the schedule with you directly.
Inspections can be booked even on days that already have a regular service scheduled, and multiple inspections can be stacked together.
You cannot mix Inspections and Regular Services in the same booking request.

Surcharges
Excessive dog hair and excessive trash may carry an additional surcharge. These conditions require significantly more time, labor, and equipment wear. The final amount will be determined after inspection and discussed with you before any work begins.
Center Console, Trunk & Storage Areas
I can clean these areas if requested. Please remove all valuables and personal items first. If you do not want a specific area cleaned, just let me know at drop-off. I will not dig through or move personal belongings.
Payment Options
Cash price includes: Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Bitcoin, and Ethereum.
Card payments include processing, tax, and administrative fees.
Payment is due after services are completed.

Odor Inspection

A focused, in-person inspection to identify the source and severity of interior odors so we can recommend the right solution.
